HID Origin Shipping
Thankyou for considering HID Origin!!. We try to keep things simple here at HIDorigin. We offer FREE SHIPPING in the UK, FLAT RATE shipping to EUROPE (€4.90) and another FLAT RATE for the rest of the world. We would love to offer free shipping to all our customers but it turns out the world is not so small! However unlike many online stores we do not make a profit off shipping, we actually discount our International shipping charge to meet you halfway on the shipping costs and lighten the load. We try to offer a range of Shipping services to meet you time and budget but if you don't see your prefered shipping method please get in touch and we will try our best to accomodate you. Orders made Mon-Fri before 4pm GMT will be shipped out the same day. No dispatch on Saturday or Sunday. But areas with Saturday post may receive delivery on Saturday morning.
Tracking
All orders are sent with some degree of tracking. You should recieve your tracking infromation with your shipping confirmation email soon after your order. If you do not recieve it for more than 12 hours (and your parcel has not already been delivered!) Please contact us by email or on +44 (0)20 8144 3826
